Terms & Conditions of Booking

Maven X Visuals

By booking services with Maven X Visuals ("Company"), you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a calendar confirmation and any required prepayment.

Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Changes within 24 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $75.

Weather-related reschedules are permitted without penalty, at the discretion of Maven X Visuals.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $150 cancellation fee to cover allocated time and resources.

3. Access & Property Readiness

The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and ready to be photographed/filmed.

If the property is not accessible or shoot-ready upon arrival, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at Maven X's discretion, and a fee may apply.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time for photo and video content is 1-3 business days, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.

5. Media Rights & Usage

All media created by Maven X Visuals remains the intellectual property of the Company.

The Client is granted a limited license to use the media for the purpose of marketing the specific property associated with the booking.

Media may not be reused for additional properties or shared with other agents or brokerages without written permission.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon booking the photoshoot or receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Revisions

Two rounds of minor revisions is included for video and photo editing (e.g., text updates, music swaps, basic visual tweaks).

Additional revisions may be subject to a fee, depending on complexity.

8. Add-On Services

Add-ons such as twilight, drone, reels, Matterport, etc., must be selected at the time of booking or requested before the day of the shoot.

Add-ons requested on-site may not be guaranteed and will be billed separately if accommodated.

9. Liability

Maven X Visuals is not responsible for any damage to the property or personal items during the shoot.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Maven X Visuals from any claims arising from the use of the media.

10. Public Use

Maven X reserves the right to use any content created for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
